Do I need an F-gas certified engineer for air conditioning or refrigeration work?
Yes. Under the EU F-Gas Regulation, installing, servicing, leak-checking or recovering fluorinated refrigerants must be done by certified personnel. ChillTech engineers are F-gas certified, so your system is handled legally and your warranty stays valid.
How quickly can ChillTech respond to an emergency?
We run a 24/7 emergency line on +353 87 935 2925. Typical response is 1–2 hours in Dublin and the greater Dublin area, 2–4 hours in Cork and Munster, 4–6 hours in Galway and Connacht, and same day elsewhere in Ireland.

Most manufacturers recommend at least one service a year. Busy commercial refrigeration often benefits from more frequent visits, and some systems need regular refrigerant leak checks by law. We set a schedule after looking at your equipment.
